Would give zero stars if I could. This product is NOT as described. There is NO red light. This company is ignoring my request for a refund for selling me this eyepen that is NOT as described. Their claim to me was that it has a near infrared light and it’s invisible.. which is ridiculous because the description and photos clearly state and show red light.
This is a complete scam!! There is no inferred light on the pens that why I keep getting told it’s invisible to my eye. Di not purchase.
This company has the worst customer service. After ordering and them showing delivery would go out in 3 - 5 days. Didn't happen, and I never received confirmation even after contacting them asking them about it 5 times. The product finally arrived 3 weeks later with one of the pens missing. Contacted them again, and again it took forever to get a response. Even though they say you can return the product they don't tell you that you have to pay for shipping after sending in photos. Now, even after having the returned product for a week, still no credit. Completely ridiculous that you need to spend over a month on something. Never again!

My AMPI P7 is not what they advertise and show in the pictures. My unit does not have a red light. It only vibrates so it’s not doing what it’s supposed to do. It’s a rip off.
