Refund policy

We offer a straightforward 7-day refund policy on all orders.

To be eligible for a full refund:

• The item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
• You must request the refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
• To avoid the next charge, cancel before your scheduled billing date.
• If you’ve already been charged, you can still receive a full refund by returning the current shipment (unopened) within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for refund.
